Refund & Cancellation Policy

How to cancel a StoreFlux subscription, and when you are entitled to a refund of what you paid to us.

This policy covers fees you pay to StoreFlux for the platform subscription. It does not cover purchases that shoppers make from a merchant’s store — those refunds are governed by that merchant’s own policy and handled by the merchant through the platform’s refund tools.

01Cancelling your subscription

  • You can cancel at any time; there are no cancellation fees or lock-in beyond the period you have already paid for.
  • To cancel, email admin.storeflux@gmail.com from your account email address, naming the store. We confirm in writing.
  • After you cancel, your store stays active until the end of the current paid period, then access ends. You can export your data during the 30 days that follow (see the Terms).

02Monthly plan

The monthly plan renews every month until cancelled. We do not refund partial months: if you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of that month and are not charged again.

03Annual plan

  • 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of your first annual payment and we will refund it in full.
  • After 14 days annual fees are non-refundable, except where described below or required by law. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid year.
  • Renewals. We will remind you by email before an annual renewal. If you did not mean to renew, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it.

04When we will refund outside these windows

  • A material failure of the Service that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, in which case we will refund the unused portion of the period affected.
  • A billing error on our side, such as a duplicate or incorrect charge.
  • Where consumer or other mandatory law gives you a right to a refund.

05What is not refundable

  • Fees charged by third parties, such as Stripe, PayPal, domain registrars or AI providers.
  • Done-for-you storefront builds, which are governed by the written quote for the project.
  • Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

06How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. They are normally issued within 5–10 business days of approval; your bank or provider may take additional time to show them.

07Requesting a refund

Email admin.storeflux@gmail.com with your store name, the account email and the invoice or payment reference. We will reply within two business days.
